Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh, Chairman of the Arab Institute of Accountants and Legal
received today morning in his office coinciding November 11, 2013,
Mr. Salem Al - Ouri Manager of the International Arab Society of Certified Accountants (IASCA).
Meantime, increasing cooperation along with the business plan of the year 2014 were discussed by both parties
as well as additional relevant topics. To add, Dr. Adnan, AIAL Director has accompanied his host
in a brief trip to the permanent base of Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal (AIAL)
where he brought to the knowledge of Mr. Salem on all constructions and works in progress
in the new site of the Institute. As a result, the latter praised and complemented Dr. Adnan for the achievements
made by him.
In addition, Dr. Adnan convoyed his invitee Mr. Salem in a visit to Islamic Finance Company (AAFAQ) as Dr. Mahmoud Abdalaal, General Manager
of the company was on the head of the receivers. The latter praised the visit of Mr. Salem Al-Ouri, Manager of IASCA.
Discussion included strengthening and activating ways of communications between the members and the society as well.
However, Dr. Mahmoud Abdalaal is the author's book entitled "The Accounting Treatment for Islamic Financing" where he thankfully dedicated a copy
of this book to IASCA. Equally,
Dr. Mahmoud is a society member since 2010 and holder of ACPA certificate.

November 2013Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal (AIAL) received its educational permit/trade license last October 29, 2013. Any business of any category must have a trade license in the UAE. After thorough procedures and completing required applications and processes, finally AIAL finished all the necessary government procedures and documents to operate.
October 2013Last October 10, as a continuation of the partnership of AAA UAE and AIAL, Arab Institute for Accountants and Legal (AIAL) CEO &
Director Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh meets Accountants
& Auditors Association (AAA-UAE), Finance Manager Mr. Abdullah Ali Al Amiri arranged for
another meeting about the collaboration of AAA UAE and AIAL.
Mr. Younis Almulla, Emirates Institute of Certified Public Accountant (EICPA) also attended the meeting. The organization aims at advancing the profession of accounting, auditing and other related disciplines in the countries of the Arab League.

AIAL meets AAS standards in course content, course delivery, assessment and administrative services.
Arab Arbitration Society (AAS) goal is to raise awareness related to law, arbitration and legal by providing accreditation

Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal (AIAL) received an approval permit from Dubai Municipality, October 1, 2013. Dubai Municipality is the municipal body with jurisdiction over city services and the upkeep of facilities in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The approval permit serves as one of the legal authorization of building AIAL training center which is located in the heart of Dubai, Al Rigga Deira.

Ms. Joyleen Hapinat completed a training in first aid and CPR last September 21, 2013.
AIAL Management provides the training to ensure the safety and provide a harmless learning environment to its students
and clients. In case of emergency or need of first aid, Ms. Joy can handle the situation.

April 4, 2013After deliberation and thorough process applied by one of UAE government, April 4, 2013, AIAL has been approved by Knowledge of Human Development Authority (KHDA).
At first, AIAL Institute serves as an extension of Development Institute for Science & Computer (DISC). DISC is running since year 1987 and offering courses not only IT and language courses but also management, law, engineering, and accounting certifications. DISC Management decided to put up a new Institute that will serve as the home of all the professional certifications that DISC offers. KHDA approved the courses since then, when DISC offers the courses.
Today, AIAL became the main Institute that runs over 300+ professional certifications and DISC continued to provide IT, TOEFL, IELTS and languages courses.
May 9, 2013AIAL Management chose to stay in the area where DISC is located. Deira is considered as the heart of Dubai. Situated in Al Rigga Business Center Ibis Hotel building, AIAIl site accommodated around 4000 unit area.
June 29, 2013AIAL President Dr. Abu Odeh and Majid Al Futtaim personnel agreed to sign the rental contract on this day, June 29, 2013.

July 4, 2013The Institute had chosen the best architect and Interior designer that will design and structured the whole site. From the outside view until the very small thing that you will find inside the Institute, AIAL Management made sure to provide a good training experience to each participant. We believed that one way to achieve this is through a comfortable learning environment. On July 4, 2013, AIAL site decoration started.
