Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legal (ELLA) and Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal (AIAL) together with sponsor Arab Arbitration Society (AAS) held the first course collaboration in line with the partnership agreement for 2015. The course named “Skills & Capacity Build of Litigation Court Pleading & Martial Arts”. The program was started by opening remarks of AIAL CEO and Director Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh. The training was conducted by Mr. Ahmed Atta, Director of Legislation and Consulting Association in Egypt. It was attended by arbitrators, lawyers and legal consultants from different organizations.
The training aim to develop the skills and capacity of arbitrators and lawyers in building litigation rules in the court. By January 4 2015, the second batch of students are expected to attend the next course named “It Arbitration and Information Protection”.

AIAL CEO & Director Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh signed a contract with Arab Trainers Union (ATU) last December 16, 2014. Other present during the contract signing are the President of Arab Trainers Union (ATU) Dr. Younis, ATU board member Mr. Ali Alnaboodah, another board member from Saudi Arabia Mrs. Najat and Mr. Ahmad Legal consultant of Legislation and Consulting Association (LCA).

After a vast of deliberations, qualification procedures and site visits Arab Institute has met the standards of accreditation for this recognized organization from Arab Trainers Union (ATU). Copies of the contract approvals are available for inspection during regular business hours at AIAL. AIAL is the only UAE Office of ATU in the Middle East.
December 2014The ceremony for Arab Trainers Union – ATU and Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal – AIAL collaboration held in Al Ittihad hall of AIAL last December 15, 2014. It was attended by special representative of ATU, AIAL trainers and management. Headed by AIAL CEO & Director Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh the ceremony started with welcome remarks followed by the discussion about the partnership between the two organizations and ended with the awarding of certificates for AIAL trainers.

AIAL sponsored the international Arab Conference to be held in Abu Dhabi UAE on February 2015. Under the patronage of HRH Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth, and Social Development. The International Arab Society of Certi¬ed Accountants (IASCA) in cooperation with UAE Accountants & Auditors Association holds the International Arab Conference entitled “Accountancy as an Economic Decision Making Tool” during the period 10-12 February 2015 in Abu Dhabi – United Arab Emirates.
The Conference will focus on two main issues: Unifying and harmonizing licensing requirements for auditing profession in the Arab World, Education and ongoing development and their importance for Arab accountants.

December 2014AIAL subsidiary Institute DISC Development Institute for Science & Computer is now an Approved ICDL Exam Center. Students may now take their preparation training and exam in DISC.
December 2014IACMA International Arab Certified Management Accountant Examinations held December 6, 2014 in DISC Testing Center. The exam is done yearly in Development Institute Al Saif Hall.
