November 2015 Cambridge President Representative William Galbraith visited Dartech (CIE Exclusive Accredited Partner) office and meet Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh – the President group of companies and Mr. Muhannad Zaitony – general manager of Dartech. They discussed about the visit that will be conducted starting November 10 onwards to Dartech approved centers in Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah and Ras Alkhaimah.
Together with Mr. Muhannad, Mr. William is expected to visit each center to check its standard facilities in accordance with the Cambridge rules and international quality.
November 2015 Last November 8, 2015 the Chancellor of Al Jazeera University together with Dr. Atta – the deputy of the University and Director of Science and Media College met Dr.Adnan Abu Odeh President of Group of Companies (Arab Institute, Development Institute and Dartech) in the University campus.
The meeting was about the IELTS exam to be conducted for 500 students in the University premises. The exam is expected to start on November 14, 2015.
November 2015 The Board of Directors from Legislation and Consulting Association (LCA)
visits Arab Institute and met Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh - AIAL Director to discuss its plans on 2016.

A total of 120 students from Al Rashed Al Saleh School will study IELTS Preparation and will take the exam afterwards. The contract signing between the Director of AIAL, Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh and the Business Development Manager held today at the school premises.
The Institute instructors will be conducting the training preparation at the school’s premises at Oud Metha, Dubai. The registration was led by Mrs. Mervat Abdelnaser, Operations Manager of the Institute.

October 7, 2015 - At AIAL Al Ittihad Hall, the National Charity Schools General Manager Dr. Kamal Mohamed Farhat and Assistant General Manager Dr. Mohammad S.B. Shaath meet AIAL CEO and Director Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh to sign and discuss a cooperation agreement regarding training programs and examinations. Students from the National Charity Schools will be taking up IELTS preparation and exam, Cambridge IT Diploma, and trainer’s certification courses with AIAL subsidiary Development Institute for Science & Computer (DISC).
Present in the meeting are Mrs. Mervat Abdelnaser, Cambridge representative and Manager of Dartech Information Technology (member of the group of companies) Mr. Muhannad Zaitony, AIAL Operations Manager, group of companies Legal Consultant Mr. Adel Zeidan and Director’s Office Manager Ms. Joyleen Hapinat.

At Ibis hotel Al Rigga Dubai Sunday evening, October 4, 2015 AIAL Director Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh signed a memorandum of agreement with Edarama Academy of Jordan Professor Younis Al Dughishi, Executive Director of the Academy.
Edarama Academy of Jordan is one of the leading management development institutions in Jordan and the Middle East. Professor Younis Al Dughishi did an inspection tour in the corridors of the the Institute and included in his tour he checked upon Al Ittihad Hall located at the headquarters of the Institute, he praised the facilities and overall look of the institute, which is in line with international standards for training in AIAL.
Mrs. Mervat Abdel Nasser, Operations Manager of the Arab Institute for Accountants was also present during the agreement signing.

Al Wattan Newspaper General Manager and Al Elmi Institute CEO Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Shemeri had a meeting with the Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh – group of companies CEO and Director. Present in the meeting were the operations manager of Development Institute (DISC) Mr. Saif Abu Odeh, general manager of Dartech Information Technology (DIT) Mr. Muhannad Zaitony, operations Manager of AIAL Mrs. Mervat Abdelnaser, legal consultant of company group Mr. Adel Zeidan and Director’s office manager Ms. Joyleen Hapinat.
The meeting agenda is for the cooperation of Al Elmi Institute situated in Abu Dhabi with Arab Institute for Accountants & Legal (AIAL). The Institute will be accredited by organizations that accredits AIAL like CIAA USA, Lahaye Institute for Human Rights & International Law, RICE USA, LMGO Switzerland etc. All accreditations of AIAL will be granted too with Al Elmi.
AIAL would like to thank Dr. Al Shemeri for the on-site visit and most especially with the cooperation made between Institutes.
September 2015The Emirates Academy for Civil Defense Sciences grant certificate of completion to AIAL employess for attending the "Fire Safety Fundamentals and Proper Use of Fire Extinguishers". This is to comply with the Ministry of Civil Defense standard requirements for training centers. Employees were Ms. Joyleen Hapinat, Jennielyn Guttierez, Janina Serrano, Jonathan Peros and Joanna Villanueva.

September 3, 2015 – Dartech Information Technology became Middle East authorized partner of Cambridge International Examinations,
UK. AIAL CEO and President Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh signed the contract with Cambridge International Examinations. The Institute is now an official Middle East
authorized partner of Cambridge in approving all training centers in the Middle East who aim to have their center be a Cambridge accredited exam center.
In behalf of the Institute, AIAL would like to express its gratitude and appreciation for selecting AIAL as Middle East authorized partner of Cambridge, UK.
August 2015The batch for the training Aviation Accounting Professional Diploma started last August 27, 2015. The course is for Iraq Al Najaf International Airport staffs. A total of 22 students attended the training. Course runs for a total of 6 days. The course is accredited by Chartered Institute for Accounting & Auditing from USA. AIAL instructor Mr. Maher conducted the training.

The recognition of all participants for “Drafting Contracts & Legal Briefs Experts” was held at AIAL Al Ittihad Hall. The course
taught the basic essentials of writing clear documents and contracts covering essential basic vocabulary and phrases
which are most often used in legal documents such as contracts and other agreements.
The collaboration between Lahaye Institute for Human Rights and International Law (LIHRIL)
and Arab Institute for Accountants and Legal (AIAL), once again, accomplished an undeniably successful event.
August 2015The CEO & President of Dartech IT (DIT) Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh lead the staff meeting held last August 22, 2015 at AIAL Al Ittihad Hall.

On September 19-20 2015, AIAL CEO & Director Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh will attend the 16th International Quality
Convention at Geneva Switzerland to receive the trophy and certificate of quality award. It will be attended by different representatives
all over the world including emblematic cities os Paris, London, Madrid, Frankfurt and New York.

June 2015The CEO & President of Arab Institute (AIAL) , Development Institute (DISC) and Dartech IT (DIT) Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh lead the staff meeting held last June 3, 2015 at AIAL Al Ittihad Hall. The meeting agenda is to introduce and warmly welcome the new managers of DISC and DIT, Mr. Jaou Censi and Mr. Muhannad Zaitony. Dr. Adnan also promoted and assigned Mrs. Mervat Abdelnaser to the position of Operations Manager of Arab Institute. After the meeting, there was a complementary dinner at Ibis Hotel for everyone.

After a year of launching its new website, AIAL web counter status reached more than 250,000 visitors from nearly 200 countries all over the world. The counter has been active only a year ago. AIAL management would like to thank everyone who visited the website. To mark the anniversaries of Arab Institute for Accountants and Legal (AIAL) together with other group of companies, Development Institute (DISC), and Dartech Information Technology (DARTECH) the group of companies’ President, Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh gives professional addition to all the staff outweighing the top 40% of the total monthly salary.
During March, the group of companies’ President Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh decided to increase the professional premium for administrative staff as well as faculty members above-mentioned institutions as of March 2015, which ranged between 25% and exceeded 40% employees to some of the top categories.
The factors that determined the increase are based on three criteria: efficiency and commitment, productivity and seniority.
